This is sort of the cutout (not exactly to scale but you get the idea). 1. You wrap the two upper tabs around the leg and glue them together , maybe put some very thin adhesive foam padding between plastic and leg. Then wrap the bottom tabs around and velcro them at the back, maybe add the same padding. 2. Paint the whole mess yellow! ;D 3. Wear matching yellow socks under it all. ~ Koda

looks pretty close, Koda.... Jenny, i'd tinker around with that pattern to see what you can come up with. your best bet might be to use some yellow pleather/vinyl for the final product.

Yeah... the yellow socks, I was going to suggest that! And you can find the shoes easily enough, I think.

The pattern looks close, but it will take a lot of fitting to get it right. I'd make it with the same material as the top of the costume so everything will match, though the yellow may need to be covering some stiffer material if it's too light. The bodice definitely looks like it should be made from something stiff.
