Here’s my custom boots. It is made of thick leather and extremely sturdy. I wore it everyday for 4 to 6 hours a day for a whole week straight during EP3 premier week and can’t find any scratches or scuff mark on it after…
I purposely made it half a size too big and it never gave me any problem from the word go. I can walk in it for hours and not feel the slightest discomfort. Now I’m thinking of making a pair of dress shoes with the exact same leather and cutting for daily use…
It opens in front, and the tongue/flap covers the zip when closed.

You completely made these yourself?! Great job! Oh, sorry, when I said 'custom' I meant I made a drawing of how I want it, the dimensions etc and got it made to order.
I guess I should've put the title as 'Not a store-bought Jedi Boot'...he hehe
I have not the slightest inkling even on how to even make a simple pouch from leather, let alone a pair of boots...
Sorry for the confusion

LOL! Thats ok, I was just hoping that someone had some boot making skillz Where did you get them made? I got them made in a leather shop in Kuala Lumpur, where I used to make and repair my cowboy boots when I was working for the Marlboro brand...Their workmanship is pretty good, and they got the fitting right the first time, and I've absolutely no problem with them at all...

I'd say that if their pricing is reasonable you might want to post some contact info or website link.

For a custom-made pair of knee-high boots their price is pretty reasonable...around $130. I'm a size 9 so anything bigger will of course cost more...
They don't have a website, not even an email address. Its a small shop run by an old timer who can hardly use SMS to communicate...I had to fax him a few times when he needed clarification on some measurements because we don't live in the same town...
I can act as a go-between if anyone here's interested in making their custom boots, but the shipping will cost a fair bit...
