From An'Joh's link: "Press kit From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Press kit is a pre-packaged set of promotional materials of a person or persons represented for promotional use. The kit will usually include a CD or demonstration along with reviews, photos, and background information on the person, band or group and is distributed among media sources, i.e., radio stations or journalists for publicity. They are often distributed to announce a release or for a news conference."
i guess my question then, without any disrespect, is: "Why do we need a press kit?" or "What purpose will it serve?"

Well the press kti definitely comes in handy during event planning. If we have to vie for a fan table, the press kit includes all information needed for contacts, etc. It also outlines our history and shows that we are a legitimate groups and not "Bob's Jedi Club" down the street
It definitely came in handy when I contacted Columbus Children's Hospital for the visit in conjunction with our COSI visit

I get it now. Like i said before, i didnt mean any disrespect. I was actually curious about how this thing was to be used. At first, it struck me as odd that TJA would have a presskit...like a rock band when they release a new album. It makes sense, thanks to you guys.

Thsi thread will now be locked. I thank those who have responded and offered their help.
I will be contacting those interested next week. I plan on allowing those interested to make their own design and submit it to me for review. Best one Wins!! or should I say Best design will be chosen to represent TJA!
