One sexy pirate grandma soon to be  ;D Finally my padawan took some pictures of me as PIRATE! AAARRRRGGGGGGGG......   If you look close enough you can see my StarWars and Obi-Wan charms on my bracelet...lol  here they are close up. but my camera is only a 1.2 megapixel.....lol I have 2 -SW ones, a Boba Fett and the Obi-Wan....they are way cool.....  |

Finally my padawan took some pictures of me as PIRATE! AAARRRRGGGGGGGG......I need to get me a padawan..then I wouldn't have to buy my mom to come over and take pictures of me ;D  So where do you find a padawan...does the council have a master list of padawans waiting for masters

Yes, as a matter of fact there is a thread here of just exactly that...I got my padawan from the StarTrek universe, He is a convert........ I wonder where that thread got off to.... I know it is here somewhere.......

Happy Turkey Day Collectibles....... We are eating tomorrow around 5pm, so this will be the first time I won't have to cook my Turkey tonight. I will cook it all day tomorrow, but at least I can relax most of the day....lol We are eating at my daughter's so she doesn't have to bring the baby out...seeing that it is storming here and will be all weekend........ I do think I am getting a sinus disturbance and I have had a whopping headache all day and my teeth hurt, which is the one tell tale sign...lol... but I have taken a Loratab.......an*&^ It (&^#$% should be starting to^%$@( work about now.%$#@!>>>>> oh see the pretty lights..... Cooking, Em? I thought you swore that off? I moved to a new place last Saturday and it took AT&T 2 days to get my phone line working even though I kept the same number and Earthlink is having trouble getting my DSL back, so I'm off-line, except that I'm using my aunt's computer while I'm at her place for Thanksgiving and we're getting ready to eat. Should be nice. 
The new apartment is nicer, but is stacked high with boxes. My sewing room was comical, it had so much stuff in it, but some order is starting to emerge. But it will be awhile before something like normal returns.

Cooking, Em? I thought you swore that off? LOL.....Yes, I have.... but twice a year I do cook and I don't mind the cooking as much as I mind the cleaning......lol..... I am a good scratch country cook. If I can ever get the Collectibles at my house, I'll cook a good from scratch dinner.....  It won't be speghetti...that is the only smilie I had.....LOL |

Sorry about the double post, but it is 2 separate topics... I think I have FINALLY recruited my youngest son to become my newest padawan.......YEA! (applause here). I didn't have any pics of his long hair and I always told him he would make a good Jedi even though he looks like he belongs on Stargate Atlantis...lol...any way, my last padawan (now Jedi) left Jedi garb at my house for him to try on, but we haven't had time to do it yet...but just before we left for the airport to get him on his way to Miami to visit his Dad, I did get pics of his hair and convinced him he would make a good Jedi...even a good Qui- Gon....maybe......well, here he is.....and his hair. Give me your opinions....... He had his hair pulled back in a ponytail and braided on the end so that is why it is frizzy. Normally he has wavy hair....  He is half asleep here.....  Don't look at me..... I have no makeup on....lol.... he is 6'4" and he was stooping and as you can see by my face he wasn't stooping quite enough....lol  |

Hmmm...looks like your 'little boy' is about a head taller then you Em ;D He has the perfect hair for a Qui-Gon...plus the facial hair!! Get him in costume and get him ready for DC 2008 ;D Now how about that grandchild...I forsee a yoda costume |
