Well, collectibles...I am a happy camper today. I just got word that I will be getting a replacement FX lightsaber!! YEA! Thery are sending it out and I am hoping that I will get it before the 5th.... They said not to send in the broken one, so I'll just display it.... ;D

wow! Well I am missing my FX saber blade itself... I think I might have left it in FLorida.. But I am not too sure.. not that I can't easily replace mine

Hurricane Wilma is thankfully expected to stay away from around here. There is a high pressure system that's expected to steer it to the east. It's the people in South and Central Florida who need to be watching it.
Hmmm, how do you get an FX blade out? I've got the Luke Skywalker ANH one and it's all one piece and you couldn't get the blade out without breaking it. I've found that it looks fine if you get a door-hanger hook and hang it up from the D-ring.

yes...to my knowledge...you can't get fx blades out...I have two...and untill they go dead or inoperable for any reason...I would not mess around with blade removal...
I heard that it can be done...but...I ain't gonna try it...as it is "iffy" at best...

Sweet deal on being able to keep the old one as well. I just got my 2nd FX saber (Anakin ROTS) about 3 weeks ago and to tell you the truth, I'm a little nervous about even the slightest tap of the blade, even to make the "crash" sound when hit. I'm afraid of getting that "striped" light effect that so many people have say they've gotten with the new ones. I never had that worry with my first FX (Anakin AOTC). It's actually pretty darn tough. |

ACK..... I got an e-mail today saying that they do want the broken one back...but they will be sending a prepaid sticker to send it with...so cool...I still have the packing box and everything...... My new one is in route as we .....uh......as I type...lol...I can't wait!

Well my saber is from another site though. SO I can remove the blade and put diffrent ones in.

Is it a Parks Saber? That was my first one. I wear it on my belt and carry the FX which I giot last week!....Just in time for our troop at Sam's....

Yep It's a parks.. Rogue is the name of it.. Although I already broke the decorative switch on the side and lost the pieces. But that's alright. it still works and I should be getting another saber in the mail sometime form someone else.. and hopefully Mike will wanna make one for me. I have to wait till I get the holoprojecter form him. Then we talk saber! XD.. I am going to end up having like 8 sabers or more by the time I am done!

wow...I have a Park's Rogue too...green blade...and ....lost a piece of it already too...
but for sheer fun and the "wow" factor....you can't beat the FX Sabers....the way the light goes up the blade and the realistic lightsaber sounds...they are just too much fun....I seem to always use my FX Sabers and leave the Parks in the car...

I haven't gotten an FX saber yet. I like my parks too much for one. Well I am getting some others too like I said. They arn't parks but made with various other designs.

Well I am now also collection the Star wars koto statues. Their very expensive but the detail is way beyond my expectations

Good Morning Collectibles......It is sunny and cold here in Florida. Is everyone getting ready for Dragon Con? Only 7 more months. I am going to tackle a new set of garb. Haven't settled on colors yet, but I know that they will be darker.
