Once again TJA will be present with a fan table at Celebration. We need all the help we can get to staff the table during show hours. If you will be attending Celebration, please consider donating 2 hours of your time to your club! There are plenty of shifts left. If you choose an opening shift, you will be given a temporary exhibitor badge to get in early that morning.

Fan Table Duties and Etiquette

1. During your shift all volunteers must be in full Jedi costume, or wearing an official TJA T-shirt.

2. Only 2 members allowed behind the table at a time, and only during your scheduled shift.

3. No personal belongings may be stored under or behind the fan table other than during your own shift. There is limited space and the member on duty should not have to be responsible for other people's stuff.

4. Each shift is 2 hours long. When your shift is up and the next volunteer has arrived, please step away from your post and make room for him/her.

5. Keep the front of the fan table clear and open to greet guests. Socialize on the side, but remember that we are here to promote TJA. Please make sure you are not ignoring the people coming up to the table.

6. As representatives of TJA, always be helpful and friendly to guests, tell them about the club, answer costume/prop questions, explain the raffle and sell chances, recruit new members, and smile...the Force is with you!

7. Do NOT give the kyber crystals (little plastic crystals) to children who appear to be under 3 years old or prone to put things in their mouths. Make sure they know it’s NOT candy.

Exhibitor Badges.

These will allow you early entrance to the hall on any given day that you are opening the table. 1st shift starts at 9:30 am. Pick up your badge from me at the table before closing on the night before your shift. Make sure to leave the badge in the supply box at the end of your shift so that the next person opening can use it.

Just a note, the shirts have arrived, and look great, they are a good quality shirt from fruit of the loom, and the print is nice and clean! These are a very limited edition of 12.
