I need a good con!! I need to put my costume on and have it fit! In Feb. I was over 200 pounds.... my inspiration to lose weight was my costume! So far I've lost 57 lbs. Im 8 lbs.short of my goal... one week left! Have not tried on my costume yet but wearing it at C6 will be my personal reward!  Can't wait!

I've been eating better and started walking to get those last few pounds off so that my Jedi outfit fits a wee bit better than it has in the past. When I went to my doctor for a quarterly check-up, my blood work showed that my cholesterol and lipids had made a drastic change for the better. ;D

Diet, exercise and losing weight can really make a difference. When I was heavier, even my blood pressure was higher than normal and I've always had good blood pressure. Just a few changes can make a huge difference. Plus not having the stress from taking care of my dad like I did last year has something to do with it I'm sure.

Good job, Leda! I need to lose weight. I know I do. My big problem is I have no metabolism - tests confirm it is slower than normal. Ugh. I need to exercise more. I know C6 will keep me moving. My back has been bugging me and I know if I losr weight, that will really help my back too
We need a Jedi Diet Plan

The only problem with a whole veggie diet is...no desserts!!! How you eat it, and when, plus portion size, and "Control, control, you must learn control" is important!  Dianakin

Almost done with Aurra Sing costume... just trying to decide if I'm going to be canon and paint the fingernails black. I used white french manicure press on nails on the fingers and they actually look good the way they are... very real and creepy!

About 75% done Pants-done Shirt-Front done back half arms up to the elbow I have to do a tighter hook on the arms about every hole It seems like you get nowhere I get carve the feet tomorrow finish them Have to join the bandolier together. Underskull done Have to do the Silicone So alot
