I got an e-mail from my attourney! He's ready to take my homeowner's board and management company to court for misappropriation of funds and negligence. I have to read, comment on, and approve of the complaint before it's officially filed.
Hopefully, this will get my roof replaced. I had a second contractor sent here by the management company to make an estimate to re-replace the bedroom ceiling, only to walk away saying that the roof needs to be replaced. After that I can sell my condo unit and go someplace where the property is maintained better.

i was finally told where in New England I'm supposed to go on business....but I'll be back in Orlando for C6!! I might have to drop my Pharmacology class this sesmester. My manager is that "type of person" not to be cooperative with college coursework.

Hearing about the horrible shootings in the Denver suburb of Aurora. I hope no one here was at that midnight premier! My heart goes out to that community!

Some of my DCon friends are from that town, but posted they and thier families are all OK.

I have friends out there who let us know they were ok and not at that movie theater. My prayers and heart goes out tothem and God's peace be with all the familes and the victims also, espceially the parents of the 6 year old that died and the 3 year old that was hurt but will be ok. I had to to do it..... I had to drop my calss for the Fall Semester.  I spoke with my manager yesterday about the work outlook and he said that I'd be bounced between New England and New York. Pharmacology for Nurses is a 200 level class, and a classmate of mine said you can't miss the lectures. At least I have the personal time (not time off from work) to attend cons this fall (I pre-reged for NYCC this morning) and go to SCA events. I'll also have the opportunity to have contractors come here for estimates and perform upgrades on my condo unit. |
