Visited my aunt last weekend; went to the Mardi Gras museum in Mobile -- we did not do anything else related to Mardi Gras; not a favorite holiday for either of us -- and ate lots of ice cream. I swear my aunt ate most of that Ben&Jerry's chubby hubby. And work is busy, but rewarding.
Working on a costume with lots of parts and I wish I could write my fanfics faster.

I have never been to a Mardi Gras celebration but I would love to go one year.
I flew from Orlando to Burbank CA yesterday. Wow what a loooong flight! Had to connect through New York, and then the 2nd plane took a wild detour around the storms... like over Michigan and Minnesota, over Wyoming... and then we circled Vegas a couple of times before finally ending up in Burbank.
Happy to be here.

Though I tweet irregularly you can see how my day is going by checking in @nightguyx1: this afternoon my entry was: "Yesterday's rain replenished the dead water and left behnd a chill wind as an afterthought. I still wait for the Ghost Bus all the same."
Follow me and I'll follow you.....we can run in circles. ;-)
Humans have an unbelievable propensity for stupidity and a neverending capacity for brilliance. This is the key to their adapability and survival.
Nothing can be accomplished until you accept the possibility of failure and the consequences of inaction.

I'm just busy with work and school. This week is Mid-Term! Two weeks from tomorrow is my cumulative mid-term exam in Medical Terminology. The things that come out of my mouth to explain the simplest things!

I've just started taking my classes. I went back to college for the Fall 2011 Semester and am taking pre-requisites that my BS Chemistry didn't cover. I have to go 2 years full-time to get my AAS RN, then have to take the classes to get that AAS "upgraded" to a BS RN.
I might be making a hard choice within the next few months.... I'll keep you all informed because I might appear at D*C suddenly.
