I saw it at CV sort of at a distance. Saw it a bit more on Amazon. I did get it & read it. Very very nicely done. Lots of good info. I received it as a birthday gift. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the effects they were going to do with it in the case. I didn't see it in live action at CV. From what I can tell it lights up & makes some sound---this is only for the case when it opens up. Another very good book out there is Jedi vs Sith----goes through a lot of different histories of each side & so much more. Then there is also one book simply called Lightsabers---it's thin yet very good information. '

I went to the pannel on it at C5. I got it as a gift for Christmas/ Life Day and have really really enjoyed it. I hope they make it widly available. A lot of Jedi fans would love it. The vault is annoying though.

I would love to have a second copy, so I can keep the original in the vault and all the inserts in-place, and have the 2nd as a 'travel'/quick reference copy.

from starwars.com today:
"Last year, The Jedi Path shot to the top of many "must-buy" Star Wars books lists due to its innovative presentation as an artifact recovered from the Jedi Archives. The first edition came packaged in an elaborate box with light and sound effects. For those seeking only the book and not the extras, Chronicle Books will be publishing a trade edition of The Jedi Path by author Daniel Wallace. It arrives in bookstores in September"

Very good a travel size version so one doesn't lose all the "goodies" inside.

I have mine in the case, that I got through Amazon and I love it...I had some gift cards that took down the price so it wasen't that much for me ;D
My youngest was fascinated by the case opening and the little lights....even tho she's 17 she's like a 12 year old....LOL She liked the patch and the napkin with the drawing on it...(...and she says she doesen't like Star wars...LOL....)
I thought about just getting the book when it came out in September but I decided no I want the whole enchilada......so I saved, and saved and saved and got some gift cards through surveys on line and got the one I wanted. I think it was worth it myself for the case and every thing....pretty soon I have a feeling these won't be easy to get and then I would of missed out...I finally got my Obi Wan star Fighter and am looking for the Astromatech that goes in it and the Obi Wan figure. I am also waiting for my copy of the Life of Luke SkyWalker, thanks to two gift cards...it only cost me 63 whole cents! ;D
I also got a AT AT Walker on Amazon, and saved $59 on it by getting it used and used gift cards on it....IT is being delivered tomorrow by UPS and I can't wait to see it!

I just finished reading Jedi Path last night. I loved it! ;D I found it to be a good read and very informative.
The sequel book is The Book of the Sith that is available on Amazon.com. Like The Jedi Path, it also comes in a vault.
