They did do a x-wing pilot and wookiee. I think they did Vader too. Surprised they didn't go as far as Jedi.

I live down here in Mouse world and what I have done is a sleeveless under tunic and then the regular on top

Yeah thats the way to go... my undertunic is sleeveless and I have the fake sleeves/gauntlet type that stick out from the sleeve. Tunic is cotton gauze so its cool and breezy.
I really do like the idea of a jedi T-shirt... tunic and tabards front and back, belt and lightsaber! all printed on a t-shirt... that would be so cool.
