The Clone Wars have exploded across the galaxy as Republic forces and Separatists struggle to gain the upper hand. But while the Jedi generals work tirelessly to defeat Count Dooku and his rebels, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine is hatching his own dark plans.
The Separatists have launched a sneak attack on Coruscant. Obi-Wan Kenobi, wounded in battle, insists that Anakin Skywalker and his rookie Padawan Ahsoka leave on a risky mission against General Grievous. But when Senator Bail Organa reveals explosive intelligence that could turn the tide of war in the Republic’s favor, the Jedi Master agrees to accompany him to an obscure planet on the Outer Rim to verify the facts. What Obi-Wan and Bail don’t realize is that they’re walking into a deadly trap concocted by Palpatine . . . and that escape may not be an option.
Inspired by the full-length animated feature film Star Wars: The Clone Wars and the brand-new TV series, this thrilling adventure is filled with provocative, never-before-revealed insights into the characters of Obi-Wan, Anakin, Padme, Yoda, Count Dooku, and many other Star Wars favorites.

"Wild Space" is one of the best SW books ever! Really! It's very underrated...
Especially if you're an Obi-Wan fan, you will love him even more after you read this!

I've just started reading this as one of our local Jedi suggested it. So far, it's more about the Jedi than anything else and I never would have guessed that from the cover. It really gets into the heads of the Jedi and gives much more detail about the culture of the Jedi! It is just fabulous.

What? Another book with more Jedi in it? Must go look for it.
You're right about the cover! The picture is all Clones. I would not have looked this book up if I thought it was all about Clones. I would expect that the Clone fans would be quite disappointed to get lots of Jedi instead.
The last book I read was 'Dark Rendezvous' which I quite enjoyed because of the Jedi characters in it.

Oh I will. But I want to read the EU in order. Im kookie that way. But I do look forward to the Clone Wars/Republic Commandos novels. Really feel in love with the Clones between the Republic Commando Game and the Clone Wars show.

I have to weigh in on this book - IT'S FAB!
I have read it two (or is it three) times through now, and am currently listening to the unabridged audio (from audible.com). I love this book!
Karen Miller's next contribution to the Clone Wars comes out mid-February - can't wait!
Don't worry about timelines - just read this one! You will not be sorry.
