I'm thinking of the custum made or ready made lightsaber hilts.
I've attempted to look but not sure exactly how to search for them other then saying lightsabers or lightsaber hilts.

Is anybody else having a problem with Ultrasabers?
I ordered a lightsaber & am not at all pleased :-[with it. I've emailed them 3 times & no response .
I'd rather call them directly if at all possible to solve the issue.
The saber came to me not working with no round thing for the covertech clip. I told them that in my email, since it seems on the website that is the only way to get a hold of them. It was not packed for shipping very well either. I bought one other one earlier & it works just fine.
I wanted to use it for twirling & it might work but I can't wear it on my costume because it just doesn't look right.

Sorry, I have no experience with Ultrasabers. Have you asked on other web sites? Or googled them? Perhaps other people have posted things.

Actually, about 2 months ago my LED went out on my favorite trooping saber (the Maul conversion in my profile) and Alex fixed it for me. He could not have been nicer.

I had let a kid hold the saber at a troop and unfortunately he discovered the really cool clash sound that it made when hitting something...

When I tried the service e-mails on the site, I had a couple of bounce-backs on the e-mail and then found out from FX-Sabers that one of their tech guys had had some serious medical issues and was out of commission for a while. So I finally tracked down an old e-mail address and got a response from Alex saying he'd take a look.

I'll PM you the address and I'd suggest adding "no contact" in your subject line. I think they are just overloaded with one of their main guys out.
