Need help with a button

Hi,

Well, I'm not sure if I should post this here, or in the forum for blades or hilts. It could go in any of them I guess.

I need help. I purchased a kit from The Graflex Shop, and it came with a replacement button. The button is found on the lower left corner on their web site. Well, it doesn't come with any instructions. Has anyone else used one of these? I've been looking at this for an hour, and I can't figure out how these four parts go together.

The red button will pass all the way through the opening, and fall out. I don't see a way to keep it in. There is a smaller ring, but I'm not sure what it's for. It's too small for the button. The part that does make sense is where I'm suppose to solder the wires onto the actual switch.

If anyone has used one of these, can you please let me know how this works?

does the red part snap to the electronic switch?

No, the red part is solid. I know I can email him, but I was just wondering if anyone here is had any experience with it.
