 The saber components are simple hardware with some wiring glued to the circuitboards. It features two glass crystals lighted by a high intenisty blue LED (the green knob on bottom hooks to an end cap so when truned it switches on/off). All of it is put into a hollow plastic tube and filled with acrylic water to make it solid (semi-solid anyway, kind of rubbery). |

Thanks guys. I just wish I could figure out a way to get all of the air bubbles out of the acrylic water (without sonification equiptment) ^_^

Thanks Jauhzmynn Enz, I think that is the way my girlfriend, Rünya I’shiego, is going to use it. I'm just going to make a hollow shell that it can be stored in (not really for use) so that it looks complete. I'm going to make one for myself (eventually) and try to improve on it a bit...I actually may end up giving her the better one because I hate to give her anything less than the best.

perhaps an electrtic razor or other "vibrating" device could work in place of the sonification device?

always glad to help...  Would it lessen the trapped air bubbles if you added the acrylic water at a very slow rate? |

not really, the bubbles are caused by air entering the mix when mixing....I could try mixing it in an air tight bag...but short of that, not much.

Hey, that's pretty cool looking!  I'm not sure how that water thing works, I never did it, but if you mix anything too fast it gets bubbles. Maybe stir it really slow? |
