Personally I have never dealt with Jeff Parks or his company, so I have no experiences, good or bad, to relate. I will say this, however--- I would think twice about ordering something when demand is at peak because I don't like to wait, and I would expect delivery to be slower than normal. Also keep in mind that the more a company's sales increase, so does the probability of something going wrong with a transaction. I know people who will not buy an item on e-bay because of one negative feedback left for the seller... even if the seller has had thousands of positives. So yes, it's wise to research a company's customer service profile, but use that info to draw your own conclusions.

i have spoken to him a couple years back about accesories(he was very polite and gave good detail about the product), and was ready to order a saber from him with the bulk order. i read this the day after the news about the order. i think that in that instance which was a rare occasion j.p. acted very unprofessional, however i will never let anyone elses experience sway my wallet. call me crazy but he does have very excellent prices and all the feedback from this forum paints him a positive light. i believe when the time comes i will purchase parks.

Ok, I am going to chime in here. I have dealt with Jeff Parks, both in person, and online, and on the phone. I have never had a problem with him or his company. I have bought many things from Parksabers, and have always received my merchandize on a timely basis. Sometimes the deliveries were a little late, but that was due to his being very busy. But I have always gotten my oreders, full and complete and 95% of the time, on time. There will always be someone who is not satisfied with a persons business or products. That is just how things go sometimes. But as I have sai, I have never had a problem with him or his products. I have been ordering from him for about 5 years now, and will continue to do so.

Ok, I am going to chime in here. I have dealt with Jeff Parks, both in person, and online, and on the phone. May I enquire how you got his email address? Did you call him to start with and through your conversation he said to drop him an email and gave you his email address?
I did ask one of his associates sometime ago for his email but was told that he don't deal through email, but instead asked me to call him on the phone.

again thanks for your input everyone. i do plan to purchase from him when the time comes. i was just doing a little pre buying research. this story i found was one bad versus everyone else who says that he is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with.
