non-sense... those photos are just fine - nice saber too! I like the combination of metals... what did you use to make it?

The main tube is a chrome pipe. The copper area is just the pipe panted. The black parts are painted sections of a tube with a larger diameter. And the strip is brass.
I love hardware sabers ;D

www.thejediassembly.com/members/equip/Lazlo%20Toth-Lightsaber%200142.jpgStandards Parks Saber... Here is actually a photoshopped blade I threw on for fun. I made one out of PVC years ago, and gave it to a friend for Christmas... Lost the darn pics though.... My next one I want to make I wish to design out of the Tales of the Jedi comic. Very Archaic - almost like it's carved from stone... It'll be rather tricky to get the effect without it looking silly...

Check these out, Lazlo... www.advanced-light.com/index.asp?id=2I think you should make one... the organic look is awesome... so far I only know one person who has one but I'm not sure if he made it himself or not. Your lightsaber looks great with the purple!

I love purple lightsabers, but I felt Mace's was to pink in his purple. So I went with a slightly darker violet... I have some pre-ideas for the organic saber - PVC and clay would be the primary ingredients, along with a cool crystal of some kind...

So Leda, you have one of the early versions of the Parks Defiance? One of our locals has one too, pretty cool, he doesn't make those anymore.

Yes, I know Parks made it as a prototype. No blade... the only electronics are the flashing LED's. It's very lightweight. A comfortable prop to wear, it doesn't weigh my belt down at all.
