Saber hilt display/carry case....

So I was really bored one weekend and was thinking about the web doc for episode 3 where they have those slide out saber storage cabinets, and how cool they are.

I then decided that simply having my sabers sit on a shelf wasn't fancy enough so I made this little case for 3 of my prequel hilts. Its not as cool as the ones on the doc but still pretty neat I think .

Anyway enough of that, here's some pics!









It was fun to make and relatively cheap. Plus its good to have people come in and ask whats in the box... and then have my gleaming hilts unveiled

Actually, if you buy a handgun case, it comes with the foam. That's what I use to transport my lightsabers.

That's a very nice case. For me, luggage space must be minimal, so I just settle for bubble wrap.
