I JUST ORDERED MY LIGHT SABER! I took all your advice and ordered it from park sabers. I ordered the fusion one, with a blue balde. Mr.Parks was really nice, and when i called him he was in his shop making a light saber. He said it should take 6-8 weeks. How cool!

Well, it looks like we will be taking in the Master Replicas EL sabres at the store (Halloween Adventure) where I work during the day, so that makes it easy for me to get 1, I was playing with one at Toy Fare and I kinda liked it and the price is very reasonable, and it makes noise to. So I'll be adding to the collection. will let you know more. Does anybody have one of these? What do you think of it? I thought the balence wasn't to bad.

Is that the one that goes for about $100.00? One of the girls in Chicago Force has one...they are really nice and seem worth the money....let us know if you get them...

Yup, that's the one. It's an Anakin replica. They're supposed to do a Vader later in the year.

Ok, here's the scoop... I bought 3 from Lightech Industries. www.lightechindustries.com. Made 1(Luke ESB)from an actual graflex flash tube. You can put D batteries in it and the bulb still works! The one I carry is a hybrid...I bought the hilt, gutted the bad electronics that were in there, and rewired the whole thing, but I wasn't happy with it so around Halloween I gutted it again...it's still hollow. Here and there I've picked up saber hilts when I came across a good deal. I've disassembled them and now I have a big tin full of lightsaber parts sitting on a shelf in my kitchen! And Nova, I have the MR Anakin saber. I was disappointed with it at first, I thought it looked plasticky and the blade was too fat (I ordered it at CII without seeing it). But for the $$$ it's definitely worth it and the sound is awesome!!! I was mad though when I saw it at ToysRUs for $89...I paid $149. with shipping.

I made my lightsaber hilt; however I'm in the process of getting an EL blade for it. I made the hilt with parts I got at ACE HARDWARE and a demel I bought just for the job.
