I didn't know where else to post this....I FINALLY GOT MY LIGHTSABER!!!!! YEA!!!!! It only took 12 weeks*she says sarcastically* LOL.....It is the Echelon from Parksabers and it is great!!!!!. I have the green glow rod and it is very bright. I am finally starting to feel like a Jedi.....WooHa!!!! My belt should arrive in a couple of weeks.........  |

[glow=teal,2,300]AWESOME!!!!!! I have that Saber myself. isn't it nice? All the others were to"mannish" for me, but the Echelon looked more elegant. I have the teal blade. Jeff suggessted it since the ELwiring was the same shade. When my mailman delivered the package he wanted to see what it was, I removed the saber and ignited it, his jaw dropped to the concrete. He got a kick out of the thing. Priceless look, wish I had a holo-cam. :-) He warned me of the bountry hunter in the other apartment building.
BTW, Kim Parks, makes excellant belts. She crafted mine.

That is so cool......Was he talking about our kind of Bounty hunter? Or the real life kind..........LOL......
I thought the Echelon was the best also. You are right, it is more elegant and streamline. It didn't take much time for me to make up my mind either......
Did you get a brown belt or black.I ordered a brown one and I bought brown Adi Gallia boots and now I wonder if the browns will match. Well, to late now I guess....LOL... If they are really contrasting, I guess I can have a color match done.

[glow=red,2,300]you are verry lucky :-) i live in Poland i saw Parks sabers but its out of my range :-( its too expensive to buy when you convert us dollar to polish zloty the one dollar is 4.16 zloty its easy to count that its a lot of money. i build it by myself using everything i found in my garage. i'm the real jedi the one who build his light saber to complete the training. think of it its better to make saber instead of buying... Parks sabers are cool !!! but for me they're too expensive... May the force be with you... [/glow]

I'm alo planning on building my own hopefully a desgin after Mara Jades or Leias. I liked um both. So give us the scoop!!!![/glow]

I have a parks saber myself ,but mine is the Defiance it has been remodeled a bit different that the pic at parks i have the blue blade ,its way cool as far as dueling i dont know that the end that goes in the emitter could take it for long its like the big style headphone jack i as built my own prop handle as well while i was waiting on Master Parks after all a true Jedi must build his/hers as part of the training process my belt is just a honey brown belt i found in a store i move the buckle to the back under my tabards, it matches my boots well(old cowboy ones i have) but i just busted one of the eyes on my boots that you use to pull them on  send ya all a pic soon |

[glow=red,2,300]better make your own lightsaber than buy it... you can use some of junk you have in your garage or something. this is verry cheap idea but its great fun. till this moment i have build 17 lightsaber. the're my own design. parksabers are coolest ever but in polish they're out of my range... so i went to my garage and youse my imagination to find parts for my sabers :-) building lightsaber is like music the long you make it the best it is... sorry for my english but you probably know what i mean... MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU i'm working on double blade saber... i'll get digital camera and send some photos to jediassembly site...[/glow]

My dad and I made this really cool light saber that looks like Vaders. I put a red blade in it from a Hasbro light saber.

I JUST ORDERED MY LIGHT SABER! I took all your advice and ordered it from park sabers. I ordered the fusion one, with a blue balde. Mr.Parks was really nice, and when i called him he was in his shop making a light saber. He said it should take 6-8 weeks. How cool!
