Truth to tell, I had to work that day, and totally forgot it myself, as I had a costume deadline that came up at the last minute, and didn't plan to do anything, had thought about a movie, but everybody I usually go with was at a tradeshow, and I was to tired to bother.
I bought my birthday gifts on the holiday weekend sale, so I opened them early, and now, I'm working on how to make them work.

Well, I'm in Reno, so all the extra work paid off. The costume that I finished yesterday is being worn on a float in New Orleans for Mardi Gras by the King of that Parade.
