Does anyone know of any others out there who machine custom stunt sabers at a reasonable price? I have proposed a design to Ryan and he thinks it is too close to the saber I have based it off of. I would like to know if there is anyone else I could send it to and get another opinion.

www.rlsasabers.comHe does most of machining and design himself but if you want to see if he'll do something incorperating some of your ideas, go for it.

Thanks for everything so far, I am going to be emailing them tomorrow and asking them about the possibility of my design.

I have another draawing I did in MS Paint that goes into more detail with exactyl what I want it to look like but this is the basic idea. The orange is supposed to be a copper, and the grey between the pommel and the rest of the hilt should be black.

Stormpath has said that he is too busy and apologizes for it. The guy he refered me to only does solid hilts (and doesn't usually mill cases over grooves anyway) so having him make me one he would want somewhere north of 400 dollars. In the end he pretty much declined because he felt uncomfortable attempting it. So I am now looking for someone who could make it as a stunt hilt for a reasonable price.

RYan at Randomsabers could do that quite handily. MAny of the recent hilts he's been turning out are similar....it would likely cost a good bit with the intricacy and all (though as a stunt hilt nowhere near $400 by my guess)....he also has a BIG waiting list since he's gotten so popular.....still the quality is worth waiting for. I've actually had someone offer to buy my Randomsabers hilt...if I ever get tired of it.
