 WOW. That is flat out the best custom lightsaber prop I have ever seen... I think it's worth more than the current bid frankly. I could never justify buying it though.

I saw a Luke and a Vader version before, but this one seams to light up. Also, the Obi-Wan saber is somewhat more complex to build, so I was surprised to see that.
I started to think about making a "custom" saber in cut away section like that, but realised I don't have the necessary tools for anything that good.

I remember seeing the life of this saber on the RPF forums. Totally awesome, perhaps a little overpriced, but who can put a price on time and effort? I don't know any machinists that would be willing to attempt that - far more hand work than actual machining.
Incredible though.
