I like the ones that were inspired by Obi-Wan and Quinlan Vos' sabers in the first pic

Thanks Tanzan, I'm glad you were able to pick up on that.

You're welcome As I like constructing lightsabers myself, I've gotten used to recognizing design elements from sabers, particularly in people's custom sabers

That's a fantastic saber, how did you cut the venting in the grip and emitter?

I used a dremel to cutout the pipe, and the rest is just two differant size "O" rings

The result is fantastic I'd've thought it was corrugated pipe rather than O rings, you've been really successful with the result What color would the blade be?

Thanks The O rings both have the same Interior Dia. But the thickness and Outer Dia are differant. I just alternated between sizes. The only problem I have with it, is the larger O rings seem to be splitting in some areas. I will have to experiment with the next I.D. up. As for the blade I'll Rotoscope it Purple. I make all my Saber hilt to hold a piece of 1/2" PVC as a stunt blade.

half inch of pvc is a little thin for a stunt blade, it will break easy

half inch of pvc is a little thin for a stunt blade, it will break easy Not If it is the thick wall and You fill it with that expanding foam spray insulation. And even if it does break it cost $1.00 to replace. And those Swimming pool noodles fit over 1/2" PVC.

You should be able to replace them fairly easily though
