Glad I could help Tanzan Untill I'd seen the picture of it completely dissassembled, it really didn't make that much sense, but now, it does For the Anakin-esque replica I'm making for the art competition, I'll be locating the activation plate centrally, so it will be visible when mounted on the canvas. You know the community pretty well, have you ever heard anything about TFX studios products or reliablilty? I'd been thinking of purchasing a conversion kit from them, but am starting to think it might be better sourced from elsewhere...

Only had good dealings with them Infact the C3 saber chip for Anakin was designed by me, as was the Vader Great guy/group

Okay, I'll give them a little more time to get back to me Did you actually design the chip that was used in the exhibition saber? I'm impressed Thanks for the recommendation

Well i mean that I made the artwork for TFX to have that version made for his customers I copied what the guy at LFL did Sorry for the confusion As for TFX contact wise, shoot another email, sometimes email ges missing, I've had it happen personally.

Ahh, I understand what you mean I'll give them another email, as even though the conversion kit's showing as out of stock, it's the only one I've been able to find, and as much as I like the parts from Blast-Tech, the TFX kit is more accurate (and has more parts) for what I need

I got the saber! The second I got it I must say I fell in love with it! The heft, the quality and the beauty of it is just...undescribable! I took some pictures here on some black satin as well as on my costume as it is now: www.petridish.net/albumview.asp?a=24168This is hands down the best saber I have owned and seen of this kind Thank you Acerocket!!

Thanks guys!!
Only one that will ever be made and that makes me happy! Such a great investment and was awesome to recieve in hand!
Tenric, he might be willing, I know he is making one for hisself, but his time is low, I did order the saber back in September...and patience is a much needed virtue! But WELL worth it!

Justin, slightly off topic, but something caught my eye in the photo where you are holding your belt... Is your wedding ring engraved, or is it a reflection of the saber? I only wonder as my wedding ring is going to be a platinum recreation of my engagement ring, which is engraved silver...
