After making a scaled-down version of Master Vos' saber for my fiance, I've made her another more personalized design. Her favorite Jedi is Kit Fisto, so I took elements of his design, and combined it with component parts from my own sabers. Here's the result  PS It has an amethyst blade

What's the tubing diameter? That Covertec knob looks huge on it! 
I know a lot of women, especially those who are small in stature, have small hands (makes sense ). I have large hands, for a woman, which I've always been glad of, being the tool user that I am. It just makes it easier to hold things.

It just makes it easier to hold things.  Thanks  The tube is only about 1 inch diameter, hence why the covertec looks so big. The measurements of the whole thing are all actually a little skewed, due to trying to incorporate Kit Fisto's design into the measurements of Emily's grip profile. If anything, the pommel end should be shorter, and the activator should be closer to the black tubing, but if I'd've done that, the overall design wouldn't've worked, so it was a bit of a compromize all round
