I'll check out the saber and let you know as soon as I can. It may take a little while as I am busy at work. There are no dimensions so I will look at a Lego saber I have and see what I can do. Jedidad

couldn't you just scale it up or does that bring you gave to needing dimensions?

random sabers does custom machining. The wait is a bit long as they are popular, but worth it from what I see.

just work backward from a set 12" saber length. you can guess from the lego saber's proportions and then adjust from there. I sent RandomSabers a design I worked out using colored paper to approximate different sectons so I could be sure it would fit my grip and handspan........give it a try and you'll be surprized how close you can come.

i'm sorry but what do you mean by going backward by a set 12" saber length

I had the design I wanted done in Paint. Then I rolled colored paper into a tube of 12" length. tested how it fit my hands and how much of the length I needed for a decent two handed grip. then marked that off and worked with what was left to figure out lengths and such for the endcap, emitter area, etc.
if you do that while using the lego saber as a reference I think you'll be able to come up with a good mock-up.
