Started with some parts in the bin. Cut and machined an aluminum custom shroud.




Hilt is taking shape. Custom made and machined shroud and a new pomel idea. Custom smoke chrome and mirror black powder coating.












Custom chassis is next on the list.

A new custom made and machined lightsaber emitter claw, has begun.


Still needs some more shaping, then sanding with various levels of grit. Once thats done, drill and tap some mounting holes and a nice powder coat.










Here is my previous emitter claw, inspired by Count Dooku.



Machined out of aluminum 1/4" thick. Custom made, powder coated and pre-drilled and threaded mounting holes.
