Arrrr.... I know I'll be in pirate gear for that one...as it's one of the few costumes my wife's actually helped me with. (Though, it too is incomplete.)

I didn't get a chance to see 2 at the theater so I got it & have watched at home, not quite the same thing. I liked it. I'm looking forward to 3, though I will not be dressing as a pirate.

You want to hear a funny? When 2 came out, I really wanted to see it and hubby didn't ... I think he thought it was some sort of blood and guts, like a Friday 13th or something.
Then he saw the ad on TV where they were running in the waterwheel, trying to get the key and he asked, "Is it funny?" I told him it was an Indiana Jones type movie and then the original happened to be on cable the next night.
The next thing I knew he was trying to rearrange my schedule so we could see it.
I loved it, and in watching #2 again on DVD I picked up some things I missed, such as which way the compass was pointing when Elizabeth was holding it and why she kept insisting it was "broken".
Hmmm... disturbing this is... I wonder how it will all unravel.

I adored both one AND two, and can barely wait for Three! Yeesh, between Pirates, Spiderman, and the 30th anniversary of Star Wars, this summers' gonna be GREAT!

I really liked 1. I was very dissapointed with 2. Not that it wasn't good, the visual effects were awesome... but that's all it was to me. I'm sure I'll see 3, but with lower expectations.

I loved 1, liked 2 and am hopeful about 3. I'll be there at the theatre hopefully at the midnight showing.

BTW, Michael, our local Captain Jack impersonator said he has read where Jonny Depp and Orlando Bloom have agreed to appear in a 4th movie if it is made. Keira Knightley said she was "so" over being Elizabeth. |
