I just want to put a quote from my wrestling coach from high school on here "perfect Practice Makes Perfect" always practice the right way and work on the speed later no shortcuts

Very good advice, Qui-Kel... I'll have to tell my son that when he's practicing piano!

I've met the 2 Jedi who did Battle of the Heros. When I was in Vegas last July they did part of it for me live. They are very good. Danakin & Obi-Dan told me they had to practice A LOT to get the moves down. ;D Obi-Dan did attempt to teach me a very very small portion of it. It does take much much much practice to do & I'm such a slow learner. ;D Much patience did he show.

I just want to put a quote from my wrestling coach from high school on here "perfect Practice Makes Perfect" always practice the right way and work on the speed later no shortcuts here, here! I second this advise as well. my study of Tai-CHi was done in excruciatingly slow motion (I was actually timed in order to get slower). The result, however, was greatly enhanced balance and body awareness along with the ability to perform the moves without thought and VERY fast...

slow and steady wins the race... or is it, a quick snap breaks the board?
