I'm trying to think of what to get to make a padawan outfit for my 11month old. Not sure what to look for.. I know karate Gees but those are way to big for him still..

Try a children's robe pattern. If you can't find any small enough, well...hang on. I'm in the process of making a Youngling costume tutorial.

Why not try using one of those hooded bath robe/towels for infants. You could cut arm holes and it would work for a sort of Jedi robe....a little dye job.... might work.
