With the Prequels being on Spike TV all weekend, I was wondering how much everyone watched?
I confess I did watch all of them, and a coule of them twice, but it was such a BEAUTIFUL weekend and I worked most of the day Saturday, so I watched mainly in the evening.
I did notice how slow some of my favorite SW sites were all weekend
How much do you plan to watch the OT this weekend? I have to work all weekend, so it depends on what I can catch

I admit I did not watch much of them. Not because I dislike the prequals but I was in atlanta to relex and had a meeting all weekend. But one good thing is that I concurred my fear this weekend of driving in Atlanta by myself. So I am happy of that. But Atlanta traffic no comment.

Ugh! I've done Atlanta several tiems -- not for DC but to vsiit my sisiter when she lived in southern Georgia! I ahve NEVER had a good experience with it. Horrible horrible! Worse than Detroit traffic even, and thats pretty bad!

I surfed back and forth quite a bit, if I caught one of my favorite sections I would stop and watch......

None of it, I have the DVDs, so why would I watch it on broadcast TV with commercials? I think it's cool that they showed it and made a big deal out of it, but I hate commercials, especially on Spike...
I much prefer the DVDs....

I started watching them and left the room.
When I came back my wife had changed channels and was watching the Family Guy Star Wars episode.

I have the DVDs also, but still watched them. Star Wars is Star Wars no matter how it is delievered. (I know what you mean about the commercials, thoughi...ewwwwww...)
Now I could really go for the Clone Wars cartoons again. Guess I'll have to dig out my DVDs
Funny thing, though, too. No matter how many times I watch my DVDs, Nerf won't watch them.. but for some reason he sat and watched ROTS and AOTC with me and was even asking me questions about them. Weird

None. We don't have cable or satillite at all, and besides, I agree with the posts above; the DVDS are better. Besides, how else can you watch both movies AND Special Features?

I only watched TPM. I guess I'm spoiled, but I really prefer them on widescreen.

They actually played a lot of the special features after AOTC since it ran long (a tad over 3 hours.)

SW is like comfort food...you always have room for some. You're 100% right!! DVDs are better, big screen is best (except I do like the DVD "extras"), but Tenric is 100% right. I sat in the kitchen watching the 12 inch screen b/c hubby came home from work and switched on the basketball tournament on the TV in the den. OK, I'm addicted, I admit it.

I prefer AOTC and ROTS on DVD so I can skip over the whiny Anakin parts... LOL
