not sure but I should think that a variation on creating a saber blade should work nicely. At least from what I have read.

I never did a force ghost... but I made myself into a holo-image. It can't be that much different though... I'll see if I can come up with some steps for the ghost.

if you watch closely in ROTJ you can get a sense for how they did it, just by watching Ben Kenobi walk around on dagobah. heh. its just a blue halo around the character and a texture of "Water" probably created by filming the surface of George's backyard swimming pool, and then overlayed on top of the footage of Alec Guinness. add a blue halo/rotoscope effect and thats all it is.

I've tried for a blue halo about 20 times... never works for me... but I think it's just me! LOL

Yes that's a good tutorial!
I used a rotoscoped photo of myself, dragged into the background, and then played with the eraser tool and with the photo filters until I got the desired result. There are also duplicate layers of light.

I had done a holo version for one of my RP characters in chat rooms. I think I just used one or two filters for him, I haven't tried a ghost yet.

...I had some nice response like find it yourself.... Not that nice. Sounds like a forum not to frequent. To quote my least favorite SW character, "how rude!" Hopefully you'll never hear that here!
