Can someone please list the various powers of force, besides the Jedi mind trick?

hmm lets see...
off the top of my head i can remember
Force push Force pull Force lightning (dark power) Force kenesis (moving objects) Force jump
thats all I can think of right now. The Force is everywhere and so theoretically that means that if someone can manipulate well enough it then they could do anything, including flying. Some Jedi have been able to do interesting things including creating light through the manipulation of air molecules.

I think it depends on the training that the Jedi has had... In I, Jedi, it mentions the ability to channel and transform energy from one form to another (extreme heat/blaster energy into then moving something else) I think I read somewhere that Master Vos had the ability to sense people's thoughts/spirits from handling an object they had touched (I forget what this ability is called)

Among what has already been mentioned, Force clairvoyance or the ability to see the future. Force sense or the ability to read people's minds. These last two Force abilities are interconnected becoming similar to "Spidey Sense": Spiderman could always sense when danger was near and could react instantly- think of Luke (and the younglings in Ep II) wearing helmets to block their vision while training. Force run (or sprint)- being able to run at fantastic speed for a short distance (I would suppose longer distances the better a Jedi you are ). Force absorb- being able to absorb directed energy or Force powers used against you (Yoda does this a lot- Vader did it once in Empire when Han shoots at him). If you are knowledgeable enough in the Force, this ability will allow you to reflect the energy back at your opponent (just like Yoda deflecting Force lightning). The above have been seen in the movies. If you include the PC games: Force sight- being able to see hidden objects. Force heal- being able to quickly recover from serious injuries. Force protection- being able to take punishment that would seriously harm a regular person (I guess the Jedi's ability to fall from a great height without being hurt or killed might be this Force power). I wonder if there really is a difference between Light Side and Dark Side Force powers? We see Luke use a Force choke (Vader's personal favourite) against the Gamorrean guards in ROTJ.

We see Luke use a Force choke (Vader's personal favourite) against the Gamorrean guards in ROTJ. And let's not forget he also used a lightsaber against the guards on the skiff, who had no means of defending themselves against such a weapon

I think that Palpatine was actually telling the truth when he said that Jedi and Sith were very similar. The big difference is how they access they Force, but they tend to manifest similar powers.
Here's a related question: given the technology available in the SW universe, which Force abilities could be reproduced with it?
Telekinesis --- obviously, yes; they have anti-gravity. Lightening --- yes, with a big enough blaster. Mind influence --- ? ? ? probably not. Clairvoyance --- ? ? ? probably not. Precognition --- ? ? ? probably not. Telepathy --- ? ? ? probably not. Amazing physical control --- ? ? ? maybe with enough training. Deflecting Sith Energy --- ? ? ? possibly, with a deflector shield.
The mind powers are especially problematic. Maybe if you had Darth Vader's mind probe droid you could bend people to your will or "read" their minds, but not without a lot of time and equipment. And obviously, even a powerful Sith like Vader can't use the Force bend the will of a determined person. The mental powers are the least reliable Force ability, but also the least reproducible without the Force.
One other Jedi ability, that presumably comes from their ability with the Force, has to be extraordinary coordination and physical skill. Otherwise they would never choose lightsabers as their preferred weapon, and that's why nobody else uses them. Anakin and Luke aside, we don't see a lot of Jedi with missing fingers and other little injuries that could happen from just being around lightsabers.

Their skill with a lightsaber comes mostly from their... as Master Zion put it... "Spidey Sense". Being able to sense things before they happen is very useful for a Jedi, its why Anakin can race pods and why Obi Wan and Qui Gon can deflect 10 laser bolts a second from a Droideka's arm blasters. This is in my opinion the most vital of Force powers for a Jedi to have, and what keeps them alive for so long against suicidal odds.

In I, Jedi, i think Corran describes the 'Spidey-Sense' like this:
He could see the different movements available to the opponent, or wotever it was, like a ghost image or sumthin, and the ways Corran could counter them. When the opponent began 2 move in 1 of the ways he had 'foreseen', the Jedi simply countered in the appropriate manner. I also believe the Jedi augmentation techniques go for anything the Jedi can do, ie. yelling, running, being fast, picking up sumthin huge, etc.

I'm not sure if I read this or heard this in a dvd: Because the Jedi have "Jedi Sense" -when they have a lightsaber duel it is at a blinding speed. When we see duels in the prequels it is as if we were watching them in slow-motion. If we were to actually see a Jedi and Sith dueling in reality their movements would be so fast we would only see a blur. Makes sense: both opponents are able to see the other opponent's movement just before it happens, and then counter, only to be countered again, and so on... I guess that might be what Nick Gillard meant by saying the Jedi are always in check: that every strike has a parry and every parry has a counter move.

Yeah, kind of like the way Neo was fighting the agent in the Matrix. He saw things in slow motion but to us it was supposed to look like a blur.
