hey leda, you could find a pair of pants the right shape and use them for a pattern for your kill bill pants Yeah, that's what I did for my Jedi tunic, a karate gi and a mini skirt. I think that's what I'll have to do. I've looked around at all the major sports chains. Lots of yellow, but nothing close to what I need. |

I Like the banner Ldi!!
I just bought the fabric for my Leia yesterday ;D Hopefully in a month or so I'll have that costume done...and start Guri. Leda...what are you thinking for Obi's Angels outfits?

Hmm... It would have to be an Obi-Wan costume, but the undertunic would be like a halter top, tunic would be tabbards only, and the tunic bottom would be a short skirt, all in crinkle gauze... and stockings with knee-high leather boots, in brown.
Of course tha belt and lightsaber... and Fauxbi Wan to carry around.
How does that sound? It wouldn't take much fabric at all... I probably have enough left. The hardedst part would be the Fauxbi Wan.

Only thing is--- it would have to be driven to Dragon Con.... otherwise I think it would need it's own plane ticket. And that would just be weird.  |

My Kill Bill bride sword came today... Eh... It was 35 bucks... what can I say. Not quality merchandise. Hattori Hanzo would cringe! I think the scabbard is plastic, and when I draw the blade, it gets covered with a white goo.... some strange substance inside.  |

So I'll keep looking. Slave Leia is getting made now!!! I still have to make the shoes & collar (I have the plastic chain for the collar). I found the perfect fabric for it and dot 3 yds of it & matching thread for only $5.24  |
