Well I got the cowboy duster coat for the Katarn costume yesterday, and I gotta tell ya it's a LOT heavier than I thought it was gonna be. It's about as heavy as the jedi robe!  It also has a light, odorless, clear oil permeating the cotton. You can definitely see the oil smudge if you run the fabric across a glass mirror. They say not to wash or dryclean the coat 'cause the waterproofing (oil) will wash out, so hopefully any oil that gets on the Katarn shirt will wash out too. The blaster and part of the belt are still in Colorado getting a new holster made ...  ...soon as that gets back I'll post a Kool Kyle Katarn Kowboy Koat picture.  ;D ~ Koda |

Oh, blood? What happened, Tantos. And can't wait to Dragon and see all our friends. Been so long. Figured what costumes to bring and what "nice" clothing too as I will be doing a signing thanks to my publisher. We rented a bigger vehicle tpo transport the costumes (esp. that trooper armor lof Bill's), all my books and more. Pam |

Ah, they had that last year but they wouldn't even let any booze in. It was just in the motf room... no decorations, nothing. It was boring really. We left. I hope it's better this year.
