Obi-Wan. Hands down. Honestly, he and Anakin are very similar, before Anakin falls. They both try so hard to do what is right, to fulfill their duties as Master and Knight to the best of their abilities. I'm of the opinion that Anakin's betrayal of Obi-Wan is going to be the most heart-wrenching moment in Revenge of the Sith. It is evident in IV, V, and VI that he wants to do everything in his power to make things right again. Kenobi is the most dynamic character in the saga, and while this owes largely to the fact that he is in all six films, it is just amazing to see the changes that he goes through in both life and death.

PT - It just has to be Mace Windu, I know ROTS is not gonna end very well for him but I can't wait to see him kick some butt. OT - Han Solo - He gets the princess after all

My favourite (sorry to confuse some people) is a toss up between Wedge Antilles and Wes Janson (from the Wraith Squadron adventures). So funny and yet the best at what they do.
