I have been doing Tai Chi for several years...and that is about all....it doesn't do much for lightsaber fighting skills...but the movements are mostly similar to some fighting movements... it keeps old joints fluid..

Tai-Chi is practised slow for health, balance, and the development of muscle memory. THe defense applications are intense when applied. being able to do them slow allows for speed when it is needed since your arms and legs will know what to do without much thought on your part.
