i have a manager that said it is spirituality that matters, and that RELIGEON is the problem. when you follow religeon you follow a set belief and it puts you against others with a similar....yet slightly different belief. it puts people against people....it is what causes war.....
now belief in your creator on the other hand, and understanding between people is what leads to peace

So it's safe to say that "intolerance" grinds my gears. I think it boils down to that. When people assume that everyone is a Christian.
I was at a business seminar last weekend, and the speaker said, "We run our businesses with a Christian ethic, although other religions may have them, Christian ethics are what we hold our selves to."
I pull her aside after her talk and said, "What a back handed remark to all non-Christians in the room". She said "I never thought there would be non-Christians at an event like this in Dallas. "
