i liked the original rogue squadron a lot and i liked kotor and power battles and shadows of the empire so thats like asking me to choose between piza and icecream it just depends on my mood as for kotor 2 when i played it froze like every half hour and i was so annoyed that as soon as i beat it i threw it out my window in frustration cuz it froze during the ending cutscene.

As much as I love videogames, i've come to the conclusion that you cannot capture the greatness of dualing in a video game.
*sigh*

Until I get a new graphics card to play Galaxies I'm contenting myself with Star Wars Rebellion. Do any of you guys and gals still play this? If you go to the website www.swrebellion.com they are currently working on a totally new update which should be fantastic.

Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. This game wouldnt be my favourite, if not for the modding opportunities: Ive downloaded an almost exact replica of the Naboo power room (imo best lightsaber fight arena EVER), and Ep III Obi Wan/Anakin/Mace/Yoda/Kit Fisto skins. You can create incredible set pieces with that game. I played KOTOR, thought it was a tad boring, and just didnt fit the SW universe very well, I didnt find it believable. Havent played KOTOR II yet, that looks better. I also dont like the fighting system; I want total control of my saber strikes

I really liked Jedi Academy. Jedi Knight was good as well. The first SW game I played was Rogue Squadron. Played that for days on end!

Star Wars: Starfighter. Flying the Naboo Starfighter is great but the bomber flown by Nym is definitely the best ship in the game (not counting using the cheat codes to get the Sith Infiltrator, hehe!).

I loved the KOTOR games, but KOTOR II was like a Star Wars horror game, it was weird. I like playin Jedi Academy, but it gets a bit same-o, same-o after a while. Jedi Power Battles rocks, me and my bro play it all the time. I still play Rebellion, but as im British, i call it Supremacy. I also love playin Battlefront. I keep shootin at pilots on Hoth, only 2 find its Luke Skywalker! How kool is that! I love the Battle of Geonosis, its my fave. Anywho, list over. Oh, and any1 who hasn't played Lego Star Wars needs their butt kicked. GET IT!!!! ITS AMAZIN!!!!!!!

Revenge of the Sith.
It's the ultimate jedi dualing experience. The single player is short and you can just button mash to get through it, so don't expect too much.
Where it really shines is the dual mode. You can play head to head with another player as one of several different Jedi's all with there own style. At first it may seem that you just hit the same buttons on every character to perform the same combo. Then you start to realize that the combos are doing something a little different for each character. You have Force Push, Force Throw, Force Dash(Run),Force Lightening, Force Grab, Force Saberthrow, Force Heal, and a ton of Force combos. Force combos are unblockable. The best thing about this game though is the movement. Once you learn how to dodge, counter, jump, and shunt, you really start to turn into a Jedi Machine. It takes a lot of practice, but once you get it down, you start to move like a real Jedi. The only thing I look for when I choose a video game, is whether or not I'm going to be impressed and have an "AHA" moment. The escapes and counters I have done in this game, just flat out left everyone in the room amazed. It just looks cool. I mean this one time I was down to my last bit of life while I was playing as Dart Vader. My brother was hacking and slashing at me and I was just jumping and twirling in the air between his strikes. Then when I got far enough away, I started to force heal, but then he came running to attack me in the back again. Right at the last moment before the final blow was about to be dealt, I Force pushed him and when he landed I performed a Saberthow from across the room. It's just cool to be able to do all those powers when they are needed in a fight. The bulk of the fight though will be lightsaber combos.
You can Force pickup objects and people. Control where they are thrown in a fight. You have a ton of Force Specials ,that should only be used sparingly, but are effective. You can move like a Cat in a true 3D environment. They is no time limit. Just like a real Jedi fight. You fight till there is only one standing. The best thing about this game is when you finally get all these powers and combos, you start to learn how and when to use them. Just like a real Jedi.
The downside though is if you don't have anyone to play with, this game is going to get old fast.
I think they rushed it into the stores before the movie and you can tell. If they took a little bit more time, they could have developed Online play, like Mortal Kombat Deception. They also could have made the single player game longer and more difficult. Even the hardest setting is still easy to beat in about 6-8 hours of straight play. It also would have been nice to have more characters and downloadable content, like Ninja Gaiden.
Besides that. It's the best Jedi Dueling simulater out there and it will probably be missed by most people for the reasons I mentioned above.
Lucas Arts made a good game, but they "really" had an opportunity to make a great one.
