Right know I only have my Not Typical Jedi Costume, am working on an Anakin Episode 2 Costume, which will also have someone dressed up as Padme with me in that one, and should be getting some by halloween, but really no good Pictures of me in Costume, eventhough I only have one Costume.

Thanks Ka Faraq- I take it I look a little like him? I've never watched any of the new Doctor Who- sounds like an interesting character. The all black costume looks cool.

Ki, I think you could pull off that Dr Who character... plus you have a nifty ability to seem to "change" into the character you are dressing as. You look like the same person in all of the pics, but also.... not...
Good work!

Thanks Dalailala! I love costuming, and getting into character is more than half the fun for me! The costume literally changes me! When I put on my Jedi robes- I feel completely serene! My mannerisms and gestures are very controlled. I never use foul language, and am on my most polite behavior. Same goes for my Grayson suit about the language (gotta remember the kids will be looking up to me as Robin). However the Grayson costume brings out much more enthusiasm! Gotta be pumped up to throw all those Batarangs! On the other end of the spectrum- when I'm dressed as Wolverine, I'm like a coiled spring! Full of rage, and barely able to contain it! And as a Colonial Marine (especially around my fellow grunts)- I'm tough as nails. Gruff and bitter. I have to remember to watch my mouth around the ladies and children. *sigh*I really should have been an actor... I love this stuff!! ;D

Grannywan:
Jedi Healer blue The source is one line in The Evil Experiment, Jedi Apprentice #12, page 12: "The Jedi Healer, Wanna Di Yuni, came toward them, dressed in the light blue tunic of a medic."
that's the only source.

I learned that in an acting workshop once.

That part of it's still a challenge for me. I'm basically just myself regardless of costume. ~ Koda

I'd love to see pictures, I haven't seen any healer costumes and that interests me... I didn't know they wore a different color! Nova has a fabulous Healer costume..... I have 4 costumes so far. My Jedi... which I have lost more weight since this was taken.. The others are a Pirate, Imperial officer and KLINGON..... I just took in my Klingon costume and all of my belts are at my leather guy to be downsized....so I'll post pics when I get the belts back.......

I have two Jedi costumes. The only diferences are different colored pants and different style boots. It's amazing though how these subtle changes can change your entire look. I also have a Red Royal Guard costume that I finished in February. That costume was a real pain to get finished.

I always done more than Star Wars costumes. Shoot, first one was my own made up SF one, second one was classic Trek uniform back in '73. LOL Right now on hand? Babylon 5 (Delenn and Centauri), pirate, medieval (been used for LOTR and for harry Potter party, witch-while judging a cxostume contest with couple others, some people grabbed me and asked if I would take a picture with them as I was trhe best witch there-LOL) gown, Galdriel costume, Farscape Aeryn Sun costume (with appropriate weapon), 30's dress, Matrix costume (well, no longer leather pants fit me-lost weight), and there's more. Star Wars: jedi and Tuskan. JMD
