Looks great! Maybe a little contrast adjustment and you'll be good in the pic Here's one I did of Loreen Shadowchaser -

It's usually hit and miss with me. I really did it backwards, taking the picture of myself first and then looking at the pic I inserted it into. The lighting needed to be on the right side of my face instead of the left. Here's a (non Star Wars) example of when I get it right- Colonial Marine from "Aliens".

lol! Ki Vaan, that's too funny! I mean the one of you and the Jedi.... the jedi trio!
Lazlo, good job.... you even put blue reflections of the ocean in her hair... nice. She's in the picture!
Yeah, lighting is everything....and so is "planting the feet" if you can see the feet.

Right on, this is my kind of thread. Here's some of my favorite (recent) PSed pics: They're not really Photoshopped 'into' anything, they're just bladed shots from Comic-Con, but I like the results.

You people have some excellent photoshopping abilities! Heh, Ki Vaan, you should add your arms around their shoulders in your first picture, like your just kinda came in and said "Hey guys, what's happenin'?"

I think I've definitely got the hang of rotoscoping a saber so it looks like the ILM work, but how would be the best way of doing Force Lightning?

That's a good job, Tanzan! For lightning I would do it the same way as the blade, but make the line crooked and vary the blurs and such. Sort of like what I did to my nephew for his personal pokemon card. My youngest son was into making original pokemon cards a couple years back, so I jumped into their game! lol! This one looks a bit like neon tube light!

Also I really like the backgrounds some of you have used... I'm curious as to where you find some of the Star Wars ones! I usually have to get one from a screen shot and modify it.... For this one, done about a year and a half ago, I had to take out Darth Maul.... I'd nearly finished it before I figured out there was such a thing called a clone stamp tool! LOL! My son's friend was happy with it though!
