...when you're folding towels at work and notice a sticker that says "Inspected by 1138" and you laugh and grab it to stick on your name tag WOW! now that's cool! Almost like me adding the twin check number 1138 to my name badge at the photolab.

...you power-up your cell phone, and as it boots up, your personalized screen reads, "Greetings, young Skywalker."...you rearrange the items on your home-office desk to make room for your light saber display stand. ...you secretly wish they made Darth Vader motorcycle helmets, so you could ride around on your bike wearing one. ...your boss calls, and is in a cranky, critical mood. After he gives you an earful and then hangs up, you simply glare at the phone and say, "This is the end for you, my master."...when you, your husband, and your mutual best buddy all get together to hang out, the three of you all regularly use phrases like, "Move along,...these aren't the droids we're looking for,..." or "Uncle Owen, this one's got a bad motivator..." to describe everyday events and happenings. This is especially true when the three of you are out in public, and you don't care that onlookers often look at you with puzzled expressions...it's cool, because the three of you all understand each other perfectly. ;D OMG How do you make your cell phone do that??!!?? Thats to cool, something I had never thought of but my friends would get a kick out of.... gotta find a way to do that! Lol

Well, I'm not sure if every cell phone does this now, but, I have a older Motorola RAZR phone that's a couple of years old, and it lets you create a personalized greeting that shows when you turn your phone on after it has been turned off. Here's how to program it: - Go to the "tools" menu, then scroll down to "personalize" - click on "personalize", then another menu comes up with the following sub-menus: "Home Screen, Main Menu, Skin, Greeting, Wallpaper, Screen Saver". - click on "Greeting", and then you will see a text screen where it allows you to type in whatever message you want your phone to say to you each time you power-up the phone. When you've typed what you want it to say, you hit "save" key and it saves it as your greeting. You can type just about anything in there for a greeting. I decided on "Greetings, Young Skywalker,..." because that's what my husband often says to me now, and it always makes me laugh, especially when he says it in the Darth Vader voice. So, ....it makes me laugh whenever I boot up my cell phone too. My computer makes me laugh too,....there are several .wav files of various Star Wars movie lines programmed into the Windows XP sounds menu setup, so,...for example, when Windows starts up, Ani's voice from Episode III goes, "This is where the FUN begins!"....and, whenever a download finishes, he goes, "We got 'em, Artoo!" and Artoo whistles out a cheer. Then, whenever it's time to turn off the computer, as Windows is signing off, c-3PO's voice goes, "Sir, if you'll not be needing me, I'll close down for a while..."That one ALWAYS gets me smiling. And, if I'm by myself in my office, I will often reply with something like, "No problem. Sweet dreams, Threepio." ;D

I had the "Star Wars Screen Entertainment" on one of my old computers...you could set it up to do several of the sounds, or even play video.
I had the turn off feature as the destruction of Alderaan.

On the way home yesterday from D*C, I stopped for a Diet Coke (with ice!!) at the QuikTrip (like a 7/11 or RaceTrac), and when I walked in, I realized the clerk was a big SW fan by the comments he made about my costume and D*C in general. When I got up to the counter to pay, we broke into a spontaneous "credits will do fine"... "no they won't"... etc. It was funny. Enjoying being with all of you!
