Especially in Cincy.It also depends on what side of Cincy too.East or West.I'm too far up in the Burb's,but almost at Cincy's backdoor

Sweet! That reminds me of my grandparent's old house, only that was in Toledo, not Cincy. Where 'bouts in Toledo? I grew up in the south end, across the street from Bowsher High School. ~ Koda

West central, off Douglas Road not too far from UT. A few blocks up, maybe a mile or so.

I know right where that is Cor. I went to "Bancroft High" myself for 3 years. ;D ;D
My brother is the only one of us still in the area. He has a house on Centennial road.

Beautiful house Den! Congratulations! Welcome to homeownership!  thanks....a little nervous about the first couple of mortgage payments...dont officially start working till june 18th. i think it's just the amount of stress involved in converting from rentership to ownership..
