No, Undercover, you're not the only person left in the world who doesn't have a myspace page...Leda, you're right, those see-through backgrounds are just 2 d@#! busy! I can't read anything on there when I'm trying to scroll down a page and the text is moving over a giant landscape or wolf or whatever! Argh! It was very distracting and extremely disorienting. I was convinced to open a Yahoo 360 page by my friend, who also has one, but I never update it. I can only imagine that if I opened a myspace page, it'd sit there for the next 6 months or more, collecting dust. Is the point really just collecting friends on there? How weird...and just a little creepy. Anyway, to everyone who has one, I'm not begrudging you having one; most of you have some really neat pages and cool friends. Until I can figure out the point, however, I don't know that I will ever open one myself.

Am I the only person left on earth who doesn't have a MySpace account? Nope. Oh, good! Nope. I don't have one either. Oh wait, I do, but there's nothing in it. I registered to read a friend's blog last year. That's it.

Huh. Sounds like me. I've been 'tagged' I dunno how many times but refuse to give in. So what if more people visit MySpace than my website? Big whoop.

I meditating about doing myspace.com but I was wondering on 2 things. Do they ask you to send a picture of yourself in? & can you up load music to it---from what I'm reading, it sounds like a possibility. I'm not exactly sure what I'd do with a space of my own but I'm sure I could think of something.

JanQui, I'm still not sure how to do all that... I need to spend some time on figuring everything out. Maybe after the holidays.

Yeah they want a picture of some sort on there and you can put music... I can't remember how.... not hard from what I remember though. I've got one here www.myspace.com/seraphverumnot that I've checked it in months... I rarely do. It's mainly to keep up with a few friends who live far away and have much different scheduals than me.

I have a few people that I talk to regularly on it, and I did meet someone local who does Jedi costuming that I didn't know. It's fun!

Mine is strictly for being an author, and acting too. Though have some of my jedi and othewr costuming friends as my friends. hacve fans too. That feels weird, let me tell you. Having fans. But mine is strictly a networking thing, which helps. So you might see some famous authors and some actors and film people on mine. I plan to seperate my writing pseudonym Spphire Phelan as she writes erotic paranormal/fantasy/scifi romance then Pamela K. Kinney does esp. as Sapphire will have quite a few things coming out in next few months. JMD PS I do have couple blogs, one for each pseudonym, though mad at blogger as they're tryoing to do google accounts and somehow got mine at PamelaKKinney.blogspot.com to new account and I don't have password to it and all. Grrr...... I don't rant on mine or tell everyone about boring old me--gee you all would be bored silly. Either to promote or do book reviews (yes, authors send me books to review) or other stuff. or for sapphire Phelans passion Corner blog, well, you must be 18 plus to go up there for the occasional adult stuff (erotic romance stuff).
