I don't take my lightsaber anywhere unless I'm wearing the whole Jedi outfit. I need to make another one; I've got all the parts, but I've got to finish sewing for now.
I confess that at CIII, I went downstairs to breakfast a couple of times without my lightsaber. That's practically naked for a Jedi shame on you ani, what if the empire attacked

I take it camping. It makes a nice beam in the smoke of the campfire. I also took it on my road trip last week to Texas. We drove through Shenandoah national part and I was twirling it in the darkness of Skyline Drive/the Appalachian Trail! Anyone passing might have thought there was some sort of crazy person ritual going on... I had my robe on also.

I wore mine to work once, everybody got a huge kick out of it. Other than that, I only wear it now when I am in costume either a local event here in town or at a Con or something.

.... (and Xorren, get a Guy Fawkes mask. We're getting as many people as we can to wear them on November 5th, and we're going to refuse to take them off. School is nothing more than a mini government, and people should not be afraid of their governments, governments should be afraid of their people.) Oh man... Where can I get a mask like that? ebay? I loved that movie.

All mine are all hidden in a secret location only known to me, and if something happens to me, my lawyer will open a sealed envelope and reveal the location to the person I've willed them to.
Can't be too careful since 90% of them are made from vintage flashguns ;D

I've been taking my Kenobi FX more often to Wal-Mart and working out on my Lunch hour in the parking lot. I get a lot of yells and whistles and the managers like it. I have taken it inside once after midnight to show the 3rd shift crew and managers. They also really liked it!

I have taken my FX to church to show a few people. Karm's school, of course. Work, for Halloween. I've wanted to take it to one of Nerf's doctor appts. since his doctor's son is a SW fan, but just haven't done it.
I want to take it to my family doctor too, since the doctor he works with has a TON of Trek memorabilia in the office, but haven't done that yet either. Although he definitely knows I am a SW fan
