Well, I got home from work today and found out my beloved cat has passed away. Her name was Green Eyes, and she was 18 human years old; just one year younger than me - I've had her since before I can remember. Rest in peace Green eyes

Aww! I'm so sorry about your cat. I know how hard it is to have a pet die. When my cat Charcoal got hit by a car, I felt awful.

Seda, That's so sad; I'm sorry to hear that. Pets are family. We have a dog Dusty that I don't know what I'd do without her. Its a shame that pets don't live longer and that they only live a part of our lives. But, at least we know they lived a good life and we have memories of them that we take with us.

Aww! I'm sorry, too. My dog has been gone a year next Tuesday and I miss her terribly. I know how you feel.

Seda, sorry to hear about your kitty, I know how that feels, I always have a cat, and whenever I've lost one it's horrible. From the picture, she was a beauty and if she was 18, then you took very good care of her.

My sympathies for your beloved pet's passing. My first cat, Crystal, and I grew up together. I had her for nearly twenty years. I know the heartache of losing a furry family member. I don't know if you believe in the "unexplainable," but if you do, pay attention to your dreams. Crystal used to come back to me in my dreams for a couple years after she passed...just like my grandmother used to. It helped with closure, and it was their way of letting me know that they were okay.

Little late, but sorry to hear. But rejoice for she is now part of the force.
