This is the pic posted for the auction, and it actually look more like a keepsake box then a flute..I don't know...
Seems more appropriate for Yoda to carry around a keepsake box (for keeping pieces of root or stuff when he goes into the swamp to forage) then a flute...
And someone paid $10,000 for this? How big is it anyway?
Sorry for being a wet blanket, I'm just totally amazed by this...

Well, anyone seen the webdocs from EP I, 'This is a Creature Film'? It showed how old some of the original props were and how beat up they had gotten. Nothing lasts forever. I bet with a fresh coat of paint, or maybe some fresh material of whatever they used, it would look as good as new.

Well, as long as he doesn't make a CD it's OK. I guess.
He's going on tour with Yanni next summer. Actually, I can imagine Yoda playing the theme music from "Rocky" while Luke is doing his training exercises. |
