Right now I'm totally into Jedi Academy.
Others I've loved playing for hours on end include:
Aliens vs Predator (I like the marine mode best) Jedi Knight Rogue Squadron Starfleet Academy and DooM 1 & 2 (haven't gotten my hands on #3 yet).

I installed Jedi Academy and KOTOR and tried them out to make sure they work (had to install Sevice Pak 2 and upgrade my sound card driver for KOTOR and now I don't know what that error message is that comes up every time I boot up, but it doesn't seem to affect anything), but now I don't have any time to deal with ether until after the movie comes out! I'm debating on whether or not I'll cheat.

my #1 video game has to be HALO 2 that game is unbeileivable plus I love playing it online so much, and the fun doesn't have to stop with matchmaking (for people who know what i'm talking about) you can create a custom game my personal favorite is "lightsabers" you get energy swords and a plasma pistol it is so much FUN!!!! ;D ;D ;D

I love doing that stuff in multi-player (off internet multi-player).
Just have the swords, plasma guns, and ghosts (used as speeders) and you can create a Jedi Civil War (That is if you can get past the fact that no one will look like Jedi). Me and my friends do that all the time, but my team always wins (though now I can only play multi-player at school).

BASTARDS! Sorry, when you said ESPN NFL 2k5, that reminds me that all we'll have is Madden next year. Why?
My favorite ALL TIME video game? Final Fantasy VII takes the cake. It's a tear jerker, it's suspenseful, I love the characters, and it's the best story I've ever seen in a video game. Who cares if it's 8 years old!? I still love it, I've beaten it about 5 times too.
KOTOR comes in at a close 2nd for obvious reasons. ;D

Just got the ROTS game for PS2. The lightsabre fighting is unreal. WAY better than Jedi Academy. The game itself is styled much like the LOTR games based on the movies, with that style of fighting and experience system.
