that part of my entry was by way of a flashback about their trip to Dantooine and Darth Vious' following them since I wanted to focus on his trip and the visions/memories and such. I will check the timeline in my entry again I thought I had accounted for the delay....by telling it from Vious' viewpoint as he followed them and placing it in the middle of the section about his following them. Does it not read clearly??.....I AM biased since I know what I intended. it read perfectly clearly to me

Ok here we go.......
Chapter V
Old Friends in the Force
Quinlan went to the ship quarters and went into a healing trance and healed his scars. His scars were deeper than he wanted to admit, but he wasn’t going to tell the rest of the Jedi. Kaelyn, Hett and Ryn convinced Makirto to lay down in the med bay and heal while they had some time on Dantooine. Kaelyn and Hett talked with Ryn to discuss what to do about the other survivors in the enclave. “The Force has guided us here to find Vos and perhaps other”, said Ryn. Hett and Kaelyn nodded in agreement and Kaelyn went to see how Vos was doing.
“I am doing well, considering the circumstances that led me to here”, Vos told them. Kaelyn asked Vos “How many others do you think our here at the enclave with you?” Vos sat there at moment, then said “Perhaps 50 or less, it seemed like I saw new people every time I ventured out.” Vos and Kaelyn discussed a plan to see if there were any more Jedi here or if they were just refugees. Hett came to the door way and motioned for Vos and Kaelyn to follow him. Hett pointed out over the walls of the enclave and they saw a bright glowing light in the distance. “What is it?” Vos said “I don’t know, but whatever it is…it is glowing brighter now.” Ryn walked over and looked at the glowing light.. “I feel like I a….” and Ryn slumped to the floor.
Hett and Vos got Ryn up, who was unconscious now and brought her into the med bay. “Noriko, stay here with Ryn, watch her and Makirto. Tell us if you see any signs of improvement while we go into the enclave more.” Kaelyn told her. Kaelyn looked at Vos “Can you travel with us, I know Hett knows the enclave, but we need your assistance as well.” Vos nodded in agreement and went to pack a small satchel.
As the disembarked the ship, the glowing light was getting brighter, but darker as well. As the entered the enclave, the smell of mildew and bad odor filled the air, a smell Hett and Kaelyn were not accustomed to. Vos pointed down a corridor, “Down here is where I saw some refugees, we should start there.” Vos said. The tunnel was dark and damp and there were leaks in the ceiling, obviously from decay and lack of upkeep.
As they got closer, Kaelyn and Hett’s Force senses were going crazy, either there was a force-sensitive person here or a jedi. They came into one of the open areas of the enclave, and looked around. Most of the people here looked, but didn’t say anything to them. Hett and Vos looked around to see if the Force would guide them to anyone. Kaelyn knew there was someone in this room, but where was he.He looked around and noticed a person standing off to the side, not quite away from everyone. He looked, but didn’t make it obvious and continued to look around. The figure nodded to another person in the shadows and Kaelyn saw a small movement.
Hett and Vos ventured into another open area and noticed a few fires were lit. People were standing around them and acknowledged them as they walked by. Hett sensed someone watching them and nodded to Vos about it. As he was walking, a man came from the shadows and tried to attack Hett. Hett Force pushed him into the wall and the guy slumped down in pain. A voice came from the shadows, “Impressive, I see you still have a way with people.” Hett and Vos looked around and finally a person in a robe walked out. Vos had his hand on his saber hilt, but Hett knew this person from somewhere. “Who are you, show yourself!” Hett said to him. The person removed his hood and Hett knew the Force was guiding them well. Hett said to him “I never thought I would see you again after what happened on Coruscant and Order 66…..Starkindler.”
Kaelyn was prepared for anything, just has that thought went through his head, two men came from the shadows and attacked him. Kaelyn kicked one guy in the sternum and the other guy was kicked them punched. “Very good, I see Yoda’s and Cin Drallig’s training hasn’t gone to waste.” The person said. “Who are you?” Kaelyn said. The figure walked out of the shadows, behind Kaelyn and said to him, “We have met before, but due to the war our ties with the Jedi Order were cut.” The man removed his hood, but Kaelyn knew who he was. He had a bit more facial hair, his tunic and robe looked more torn than the last time he saw him, but it was him alright. He said to him “I am sure glad you are still alive…Master Kae.”
Noriko was watching over Ryn and Makirto in the med bay when Makirto got up. “How are you feeling Makirto,” Noriko asked him. “Like I just wrestled a Corellian Saber cat and lost, but other than that I am fine, what happen to her?” He asked her. Noriko told him “She fainted and fell unconscious when she spotted a bright, glowing light over the horizon towards the East.” Makirto ran to the comm center and did a sweep of the area for any unknown energy fields. The readings came back negative, but he sensed there was more to this than he knew. He went back to the med bay and asked where everyone else was at.
Noriko told him “Kaelyn, Hett and Vos went into the enclave to see if any more Jedi were here, they told us to stay here until they came back.” Makirto, stubborn as he was, nodded in agreement and went back to fumbling around in the ship as usual.
........Himiko your up...........
Hope you all like it.....

**TAG** Himiko You're up to bat. I'll pitch in after you. =========================================
Palpatine’s meditations were disturbed by the chiming of an incoming communique. The holoprojector in his sanctum activated, filling the air with the flickering holograph of a shapely female Twi’lek.
“What news do you have for me, Zaneth?” he enquired. “What is your progress?”
“My Lord, I have successfully tracked a number of Jedi survivors to Dantooine, where they have taken refuge in the enclave there. I have been accepted into their group, and they do not realize that I remain loyal to the Empire.”
Palpatine nodded, pleased with the report from the Emperor’s Hand. Indeed, Zaneth was fullfilling her role perfectly. Perhaps she could succeed in gaining more information on the rogue Jedi than Vious.
“Very well, maintain your cover and the illusion that you remain loyal to the Jedi..” Palpatine commanded before terminating the communique. There was a disturbance in the Force that was unsettling to Palpatine. Not only had Vious’ last communique failed to deliver the news expected, Palpatine had noticed Vious’ lack of respect, and wondered how long he could continue to manipulate the fallen Jedi. From the corridor, Palpatine could hear footsteps and harsh, mechanical breathing.
“Lord Vader, what brings you here?” he demanded, rising from his throne-like chair and moving around his desk to stand before Vader’s kneeling form.
“My Master, I have received word from Commander Bly. It would seem Lord Vious is in sole pursuit of the Jedi, and his last known heading was towards Dantooine.”
“Indeed, my young apprentice. He will no doubt send for Commander Bly’s troops when he has located the fugitives. Do you question my choice of agent?” Palpatine demanded, his voice dripping with menace. “There is much you do not know about Lord Vious.”
Only the sound of Vader’s mechanical breathing prevented total silence.
“My Master, I know who Lord Vious was. Even had I not recognized his lightsaber, his presence is familiar to me. He was the only Jedi youngling who accepted me as a friend and equal when I first arrived on Coruscant. His loyalty to the Jedi Order is unmistakable.”
“Do not allow sentimentality to cloud your judgement, Lord Vader,” replied Palpatine, walking towards the balcony that would afford a view of Coruscant’s air traffic.
A slight breeze pulled at his robe, and caused Vader’s cloak to billow.. “Vious was restored to life by the power of the Dark Side. His loyalty is to the Force, not the Jedi.”
“And yet you allow him to serve you despite this?” Even the vocoder built into Vader’s mask was unable to keep the surprize from his voice.
“Lord Vious’ restoration increased his connection to the Force, and, as much as I am loath to admit it, he did study under the finest tutors in the Jedi Order, including Master Yoda and Count Dooku. The knowledge of the Force they gave him, combined with his increased power make him potentially dangerous to our plans. It was essential that he become our ally.”
Vader nodded, accepting Palptatine’s logic.
“He could indeed be either someone’s most loyal friend or worst enemy.” He admitted.
“And that was why it is essential that he continues to serve the Dark Side,” Palpatine replied. “I have other agents in place that will be able to monitor his progress. I shall know instantly of any betrayal.”
“You put much faith in the ones you declare Emporer’s Hands,”
“Does that make you jealous, Lord Vader?” Palpatine replied mockingly. “They exist to complement you, not replace you. They do not wield the full power of the Dark Side. They are not truly Dark Lords of the Sith.”
“Lord Vious is a Sith Lord, chosen by the Force itself.” Vader pointed out. “He knows much that could be used against us.”
“Do not let such fears cloud your judgement, my young apprentice,” Palpatine replied. “Lord Vious is loyal to our cause. Should that loyalty waver, the consequences will be swift and merciless.”
The cobalt-hued blade slashed at him, but he was able to raise the emerald-hued blade of his saber, blocking the blow.
“Stop using the standard attacks,” Dooku’s stern voice admonished him. “Use the unorthodox.”
Thus inspired, he switched hands, spinning away from Obi-Wan and attacking from another angle. With maddening calmness, Obi-Wan was able to bring his blade around to block the blow, and a well placed kick sent him tumbling to the floor of the practice room. Obi-Wan’s blade held to show that a killing blow could have followed, the elegant emitter section only a handbreadth from his neck
“Beware the flaring of passions young Tanzan. They are but stepping stones to the Dark Side.” Obi-Wan had said.
“Yes. Yes, to Obi-Wan you listen. For once the Dark Path you set foot on, always control you it will. Dominate your destiny.” Had been Yoda’s earnest reply.
“Yes, Master,” he replied humbly as he extinguished his saber. Beside Yoda, Dooku sighed.
“How many times must I remind you? Control thy central line.”
“I try, Master,” he vowed, getting to his feet and bowing deeply to Obi-Wan.
The alert tone brought Vious out of his meditative trance. Opening his eyes, he saw Dantooine on the viewscreen. Breathing deeply, he assessed his condition. Nothing short of a med-droid would replace his missing tooth, but his ribs were healed, and he felt rested.
“I’ll take over now, Artoo,” he said, glancing towards the electrum plated bronzium dome of the astromech who had become his only friend. Without waiting for R2-B4 to acknowledge, Vious took hold of the Scimitar’s control yokes, and sent the ship roaring into the atmosphere. The Jedi would know he was following them, there was no need for subterfuge.
Atmospheric distortions were soon replaced by the rolling plains as Vious brought the Scimitar perilously low. A concerned warble made him chuckle.
“It’s okay, Artoo, I know what I’m doing,” he replied, as the Jedi Enclave appeared on the viewscreen. Reaching out, he hit the control to lower the landing gear, and, retracting the Scimitar’s S-Foils, began a flawless descent. As soon as the landing gear touched down, Vious was on his feet. Crossing the c0ckpit, he donned his billowing black cloak.
“Do you still have it?” He asked over his shoulder as he strode down the landing ramp. An affirmative whistle from R2 made him nod once.. “Artoo, make your way to the maintenance levels and wait for me in the workshops. You should be able to hide there.”A series of concerned warbles emanated from R2. “Don’t worry about the ship. I have a feeling it won’t be disturbed.”
A breeze began to blow across the plains, and, as he approached the enclave, R2 steadfastly at his master’s side, Vious pulled the hood of his cloak over his cowled and masked face.
